All revenue is recurring subscription income - there are no ads, one-time purchases, or other revenue streams currently in place. This keeps the model simple and clean, and it also leaves clear room for a new owner to add complementary streams such as in-app advertising for non-subscribers, which the app does not currently capture.
Growth opportunity
• Scale paid user acquisition. This is the biggest opportunity. Apple Search Ads already runs at a positive return and is ready to scale immediately. Facebook, Google, and TikTok have only been tested lightly, in a niche this large, a buyer with UA resources has substantial room to grow installs profitably on channels we never developed.
• Google App Campaigns (UAC). A major, proven channel for AI apps that we haven't seriously deployed, a clear near-term lever.
• In-app ad monetization. The app is subscription-only today. Adding an ad layer for free users would open an entirely new revenue stream without affecting the existing subscription business.
• Android and web expansion. The app is iOS-only. Porting to Android and/or web would multiply the addressable market with a product that's already validated.
• ASO expansion and localization. The app already ranks top for several high-intent keywords with no active effort. Expanding keyword coverage and localizing for non-English markets would compound the organic engine that already drives most of the revenue.
• Conversion and pricing optimization. Paywall, onboarding, and pricing have meaningful untested upside — ongoing A/B testing can lift revenue from the existing traffic without spending more on acquisition.

We're selling to free up time and capital for new products we're building. Over the past year our focus has increasingly shifted to other projects, and this app deserves an owner who can give it the attention it has growth potential for — particularly on the paid-acquisition side, which we've never had the bandwidth to scale.
