Our company is transitioning ownership due to a strategic pivot. Initially, our goal was to establish a SaaS holding company, but upon reassessment (as detailed in our presentation deck), we recognized that our strengths and interests align more closely with the Fintech sector, which is where our expertise lies.
Although the current business is generating profitable cash flows, our focus has shifted towards our new venture in Fintech. As a result, we lack the time to effectively maintain the existing operations and are looking to redirect our resources and capital towards this new direction.
