Online telemedicine suite, providing healthcare consultation for patients around the world

This healthcare platform provides convenient access to non-emergency medical consultations, such as fever, allergies, and mental wellness, primarily serving the Central Asian region. The app allows users to easily book appointments, either anonymously or through a quick login process, and features a unique service: a rapid 5-minute consultation with a doctor, along with options for scheduled appointments and instant chat support. Aiming to reduce the burden on regional hospitals, the platform channels a significant portion of non-emergency cases through its telemedicine services. Additionally, it offers flexible, hourly employment opportunities for doctors, enhancing the efficiency and accessibility of healthcare services.

This project utilizes Flutter for developing a cross-platform patient application compatible with Android, iOS, iPadOS, and MacOS. Svelte is employed for creating web applications for admin, doctors, and agents, as well as the landing page. The database is managed using PostgreSQL and Firebase, while Google Cloud Platform provides server infrastructure and hosting services. Payment processing is streamlined through Stripe integration in both web and app interfaces. To track analytics and user behavior, Mixpanel and Google Analytics are integrated. For business messaging and customer support, Respond.io and a custom ChatGPT chat are implemented. Project repository and management are handled using Bitbucket and Jira. Team communication is facilitated through Slack and Google Workspace. Figma serves as the tool for product design. Lastly, the apps are hosted on the App Store and Play Store.

Each teleconsultation is charged $10 per appointment.

Our advanced technological platform is designed for versatility, allowing for either white-label use or partnerships with hospitals to facilitate online doctor appointment bookings. This system enables hospitals to efficiently track patients' health histories and manage appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal utilization of medical resources for the best patient care outcomes.

We as tech entrepreneurs has done our best to build the solution that serves the problem and we also tested out for more than a year. We are looking for strategic partners to either expand our service or to get merged with existing business for expansion.
