This VR micro-learning platform & mobile app was made for companies to address their employee’s learning expectations. What are the problems we are solving? Only 20% of employees are motivated to use typical e-learning and learning management systems (LMS) deployed by their companies. In addition to recent home-office trends, few solutions are left to care remotely about hundredths of employees at once, to motivate them, to remain connected and inspiring. How are we solving that? This unique cloud platform and mobile app uses cutting-edge technologies like voice recognition and text-to-speech conversation. Fully generation-in, the tool allows users to create inspiring and engaging short learning sessions with avatars in 3D environments on mobile devices. It mainly facilitates learning & people’s development. We are CEE based and MindBox features easily allow an EU expansion.

(A) Operational Due to limited resources, we haven't been able to sufficiently promote the app or engage in active business development. The first step should be to concentrate on sales by: - Appointing a dedicated B2B sales representative. - Increasing activity on social networks. - Becoming affiliated with HR associations for networking with learning and HR managers. (B) Technical 1. To enhance user understanding, we should utilize AI/ML in our app features, such as: - Analyzing speech and voice characteristics like volume, wavelength, and intensity to identify different speech patterns, which would involve creating and training an ML model. - Using AR and camera functions to analyze trainee gestures and poses for insights into non-verbal communication. - Converting speech to text to enable detailed analysis of sentiment, entities, and more, allowing for more tailored responses to trainees. - Improving interactions by suggesting trainings or allowing trainees to request recommendations for further training sessions. 2. To improve the efficiency of reporting and training session generation, we could: - Extract training content from existing materials to create micro-learning sessions. - Analyze uploaded trainee reports, including transcripts and overall performance during training. - Automatically generate detailed training reports that offer general information and statistics for each trainee, provide trainers and HR personnel with improvement areas, and suggest subsequent training plans.

Reason for sale

Due to the impact of COVID-19, my company, a shareholder in a VR micro-learning platform, had to cease support for the platform and its startup development in 2021. Consequently, without financial backing, the three active members, including myself, were compelled to seek employment elsewhere. It would be regrettable to abandon the app in its current state, especially considering that: - We have an existing client, a European retailer, with up to 500 users per month who plans to continue using the app next year and anticipates new features. - The app currently functions well and has the potential to be enhanced with new and interesting features through AI solutions. This situation has led us to the decision to sell.
