As a tour booking engine, we serve two sides of the markets: A) Tour operators: we do product development for them (better dashboards, better control, etc.). B) Travelers wanting to book a travel tour with these tour operators. We handle the communication between the two parties, mostly technologically.

Being a travel business it was hit by COVID. But we've made a hands-off approach to ensure growth after COVID, and it worked! However, each of us run other business ventures that are growing very fast and we need to free up some mental bandwidth, hence the need to sell this business. We are looking for a seller that is excited to support the growing path it's been going on for the last couple of years.
