Business model
B2B Saas directed to businesses or individuals that offer paid per minute or per appointment audio/video/text chats. Seems to work best in the psychic and astrology readings industry. Platform retains a 15% commission from revenue. Sellers advertise their profiles and bring their own clients in the platform. We're not a marketplace, although the platform can be converted into one if that's your thing. We just didn't want the headache of a marketplace, especially since we're not that good at marketing :)

Reason for sale
We are a team of tech and product guys. We're not good at marketing or selling, nor do we want to be. We want our product to go into better hands. In addition, as a founder I find myself spread too thin between businesses + growing a 1 year old, while expecting another child :).
