Description
A modern, fixed-fee recruiting platform that helps startups and scale-ups hire faster for less. A flexible network of freelance recruiters delivers headhunted, fully screened talent in days, using a repeatable process that scales profitably.
Running 7 years, it pairs a strong brand (47k followers) with an integrated tech stack and a 200k-candidate database.
Pricing is a flat fee from USD 4,900 to 21,900 per hire — averaging roughly 6–9% of salary, well below the 20–30% traditional agencies charge. Candidates are delivered fast (first profiles in 7 days, shortlist in 14) and stick: 67% of placements remain in role at 24 months, and one client saved more than EUR 511,000 in total recruiting costs versus the percentage-fee alternative. To our knowledge it is the only fixed-fee startup recruiter operating at genuine global scale.

Business model
Global, fixed-fee recruitment business built specifically for startups, scale-ups and mid0sized firms. Instead of charging a percentage of salary like traditional agencies, the business places senior and specialist hires for a flat fee from USD 4,900 — averaging roughly 6–9% of salary, materially below the 20–30% the market charges.
The model combines AI-assisted sourcing with experienced human headhunters, delivering first candidates within 7 days and a full shortlist within 14. Over 400 startups across six continents have hired through the platform, and 67% of placements remain in role at 24 months. One client saved more than EUR 511,000 in total recruiting costs versus the percentage-fee alternative.
It is, to our knowledge, the only fixed-fee startup recruiter operating at genuine global scale — a clear, defensible position in a large and fragmented market.
How it makes money:
Flat per-hire fees billed to client startups, through two complementary channels:
Direct demand — inbound from SEO/AEO, referrals, and the existing base of 400+ startups.
Partnership channel — referrals from major Employer-of-Record (EOR) and global-hiring platforms whose customers need recruiting support those platforms don't provide directly.
The partnership channel is the strategic growth engine: pre-qualified, high-intent leads at near-zero acquisition cost.
Why this is a strong acquisition now
1. Exclusive, high-converting partnership channel — led by Deel (live, revenue booked). One of only ~75 talent partners worldwide serving Deel's entire customer portfolio. The partnership is live and producing revenue.
2. A widening partner roster.
Deel — live, revenue booked.
Remote.com — advanced partnership discussions. A direct Deel competitor with a comparable global customer base; if finalised, a referral channel of similar or greater scale.
Multiplier, Lano, Playroll — emerging/early-stage partnerships, not yet revenue-generating.
3. Channel mix has flipped from high-cost to low-cost.
The business has moved from LinkedIn-dependent, founder-led selling toward partnership-led and repeat-customer-driven revenue. In the most recent period, partnerships and existing customers together drove the large majority of new deals, with founder-sourced LinkedIn activity now a small minority.
4. Demonstrated operational scalability.
The team absorbed a roughly 6x increase in active recruiting projects with only one additional recruiter — output scaled while cost structure stayed essentially flat.
5. Refreshed SEO, AEO and website.
Since late 2025, 90+ pages have been rebuilt with structured data and conversion-focused content. Organic traffic is up sharply and average search position has improved from ~20 to ~14. Commercial keyword rankings are expected to mature through 2026 as the changes index — upside not yet reflected in current demand.
6. Full diligence already done.
The business recently completed a full acquisition due-diligence process that was terminated for reasons unrelated to the business itself. A complete DD pack already exists — financials, compliance (GDPR, AI Act, cybersecurity), contracts and operational documentation.
7. Same proven model, team ready to migrate.
No pivot — a model with 400+ customers behind it. The delivery team is in place and ready to transition to a new owner's mode of operations for a clean, low-disruption handover.
Customers
400+ startups served to date across six continents, spanning seed to growth stage and hiring senior, technical and specialist roles. Strong retention and repeat usage, with marquee scale-up and enterprise names available under NDA.
Growth opportunities
Scale Deel — still early (one full quarter of traction) with significant headroom across Deel's customer base.
Convert the partner pipeline — Remote.com (potentially Deel-sized) plus Multiplier, Lano and Playroll, using the same repeatable partnership playbook.
Compound the SEO/AEO investment as rankings mature in 2026.
Geographic and vertical expansion on an already-global footprint.

The team & operations
A senior headhunting team supported by AI sourcing tooling and established processes. Delivery is increasingly independent of the founder, and the team is ready to transfer and continue under new ownership, supporting continued growth post-close.
Financials
2025 revenue: ~EUR 310,000 (≈ USD 350,000)
2025 SDE (profit): ~EUR 68,000 (19% margin)
Figures reflect the 2025 financial year; the filed Dutch annual accounts (KvK 63083809) and full financial documentation are available in the existing diligence pack.
Price basis: EUR 575,000, debt-free / cash-free. The headline price assumes the company is delivered with no debt and no surplus cash. Outstanding liabilities at completion are settled or deducted via a completion adjustment.
Deal structure
Asking price: EUR 575,000, debt-free / cash-free.
Completion adjustment. Price is quoted on a debt-free, cash-free basis. Any outstanding liabilities (trade payables and tax) are settled at or before completion, or deducted from the consideration via the completion statement, so the buyer acquires the business free of legacy debt. Surplus cash, if any, is for the seller's account.
