Description
This startup presents an eco-conscious fashion line designed to cater to women seeking stylish yet sustainable clothing options. Emphasizing ethical production and environmentally friendly materials, the brand merges fashion with responsibility toward the planet, providing a range of apparel that allows consumers to express their personal style without compromising on their values.
This has allowed us to develop a small but loyal customer following.
All our designs are made from up-cycled, organic or certified materials sourced in Germany, Portugal and Bulgaria. All our production took place in our hometown in Bulgaria where we could verify the working conditions in the factories.

Business-to-business (B2B)
We've tried different business models:
- Dropshipping - biggest portion of our sales is via Wolf & Badger (UK's biggest independent designer marketplace). We receive customer order via their platform, however, we fulfill them from our warehouse, regaining control over presentation and packaging of the product. We were previously listed on Zalando, too, and still have the account active.
- Direct-to-consumer - second largest sales channels is our own website.
- Business-to-business/wholesale - we were selling wholesale in the past, it was a great way to move large amounts of inventory at a good margin via faire.com and ankorstore.com. We still have these accounts active.

Focus on SEO
We developed a great product, strong relationship with existing customers (46% open rate on email campaigns, 12.5% average monthly return customers) and partners, but marketing to new customers was always our weak spot.
There's a huge opportunity for someone with stronger marketing background to step in and build on our strong business foundation to fill in the top of the funnel and increase direct-to-consumer sales.
We are currently working on driving more organic traffic via generative AI SEO pages but increased digital, social media and content marketing can bring strong results within the first couple of quarters.

Lack of time
This business started as a passion project and developed to be a full-time job. We as founders love the business dearly, however, one of us started a family a couple of years back and the other one is about to, and we simply no longer have the time to work on it full-time. We no longer have the time to commit the needed time to the business.
Next to this, it's been clear for some time now that we don't quite have the marketing expertise to grow our Direct-to-consumer channel. Our direct sales have a much better margin compared to the order we fulfill via dropshipping. We want to pass on the business to someone who can grow the direct-to-consumer channel.
