Business model

Our main target market is hotels and resorts. Our solution has been implemented in hotels ranging from 6-1000 rooms due to its flexibility and ability to solve multiple problems at many levels. However, our typical customer would be a mid-sized property, with hotel room count averaging 175. A secondary target market includes serviced apartments, holiday parks, and standalone restaurants, all presenting growth potential. We run a B2B subscription model and charge a monthly subscription fee (average USD 212 at the moment) to the hospitality business. We are operational in over 30 countries globally, however our largest client base is in Australia and South East Asia. We see significant expansion opportunities in the Middle East and Europe.

Growth opportunity

First, we would invest in leadership and sales talent. We would bring on a seasoned CEO-level executive with deep industry connections to close enterprise deals and build strategic partnerships. Alongside this, we would expand our sales team to cover new geographic markets and sectors - particularly the holiday park industry - while adding dedicated customer success staff to proactively manage relationships and reduce our current churn. Second, we would accelerate product development and innovation. This would mean fast-tracking the commercial rollout of our Voice AI solution following its successful pilot, enhancing our new niche activities booking platform, and developing a version tailored specifically for the holiday park sector. These investments would ensure we remain at the forefront of hospitality technology. Third, we would ramp up marketing and market expansion. With our current marketing budget being constrained, we would launch targeted campaigns to establish brand leadership, increase our presence at major industry events, and aggressively pursue the underserved holiday park market. We would also dedicate resources to deepening integrations with major PMS and POS providers, strengthening our product ecosystem and making our platform more attractive to a wider range of customers.
