A global music production marketplace with 900+ products and 1B+ streams behind it

We built this music production marketplace to help artists monetize unreleased work by selling directly to other creators. The platform offers a creator-first model where producers can purchase original production resources straight from top-tier talent, rather than generic stock libraries. Artists sell everything from project files and scrapped tracks to presets, samples, vocals, and visual assets, making the platform a one-stop destination for high-quality music production resources. To date, we’ve onboarded 500+ verified sellers, including Grammy-nominated artists and creators with over 1 billion combined streams, along with buyers in 70+ countries. We grew the business entirely without paid advertising—no ads, influencers, or partnerships. Growth was driven purely by community adoption and brand credibility. We stepped away from active development in 2024, and sales have not dipped since, which demonstrates strong product-market fit and organic demand. Today, the platform is highly automated and requires ~1 hour per week to handle occasional support emails. Since stepping back, we went on to build a separate company that was accepted into Y Combinator’s F25 batch, and are now looking to pass the baton on this marketplace to a new owner who can take it further. This creates a compelling upside opportunity: a proven marketplace with real traction that has never been scaled through paid marketing. A buyer could unlock meaningful growth through paid partnerships, social media ads, UGC, and creator collaborations. The acquisition includes 70,000+ customer emails, a deep catalog of digital assets, and structured marketplace data that holds unique value for music-focused AI applications. Dataset Value We have over 900 different music products, most of which are entire Ableton, FLP Studio, or Logic Pro projects. This data is extremely difficult to find or replicate and is very useful for training AI models. Because of this, we’ve received multiple data-acquisition offers. We finalized a non-binding data acquisition deal with the largest AI training data company in December. While these engagements are non-recurring, they validate the standalone value of the dataset.
