Asking price reasoning

Our asking price is based on the track record of blue-chip clients we have worked with and retained. Additionally the technology is built for scale and is versatile in its functionality. Statistically the platform boasts a track record on elevating Sales Enablement by increasing show rate. Currently the team is small however I am excited to discuss the path to rapid growth with potential buyers. I am open to creative deal/earnout structures to mitigate buyer downside risk.

Growth Opportunity To this point, our sales and marketing strategy relied on our partners to promote the platform. Moving forward we strongly believe the new strategy should be selling the platform directly. We strongly believe the platform can be in a stronger place financially with the right team behind it. Given my desire to retire, we have not pulled this growth lever but have a clear sight of what needs to be done under new ownership. We are happy to discuss GTM strategy with prospective buyers.
