Business model
Our business is a Software as a Service (SaaS) that primarily focuses on 4 core products:
1) Automated webinars
2) Live webinars
3) AI generation tools related to webinars (offers, scripts, slide decks, and video presentations)
4) White labeling so users can repackage and resell the above functionality
We offer a variety of plans for the above functionality, with the primary focus being on monthly and annual subscriptions. However, we also offer "one-time" payments which are typically priced at a 5 - 10x multiple of our annual plans.
The business also has a variety of upsells and add-ons to drive additional revenue on a monthly basis. These include email, text message, and AI credits, account storage upgrades, custom domains, subaccounts, done for you services, etc...
Within the past year or so, we have made an effort to include more AI focused features which has benefited our bottom line. In addition, we are currently in the process of adding CRM focused features to the platform, which we believe will increase our total addressable market.
Growth opportunity
There are many possible avenues for growth with the platform. First and foremost, the business continues to be profitable (going on 7 years) via Facebook advertising. This alone could continue to grow the company's MRR/ARR.
We also have not heavily explored other advertising networks such as Google, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc...
Another avenue that we've seen success with (but haven't fully focused on) is affiliate marketing. We do have a solid affiliate program but we have never fully focused on affiliate outreach and recruitment.
SEO and content marketing is another area which could be extremely lucrative, but we have not had the bandwidth to explore fully.
Hiring a dedicated sales team is also an avenue that we have not yet explored at all.

Reason for sale
My partner and I started this business because we saw an opportunity in a market filled with slow, buggy, expensive, and legacy solutions. We're extremely proud of what we've built so far.
We're not in a rush to sell the business. But with that said, we have been running this company for nearly 7 years and are both curious about new opportunities and ventures.
So we are open minded to the right offer.
