Asking price reasoning

1x TTM revenue. We plan to use the proceeds of the sale to fund a different project, so we are open to taking a little less in the interest of selling quickly.

Tech stack

The product is built with Python Flask and Postgres in the backend and ReactJS in the frontend. It leverages Docker to run easily on Heroku, but is setup to be successfully deployed in any cloud environment.
