Our valuation expectation is conservative concerning our competitors both in Indian and Global markets. We have a strong revenue retention, more than 80% of our revenue comes from customers who have been with us for at least 2.5 Years. Our contract renewal/upsell rate is over 90%.

At this time, we need capital to scale. Over the past 2 years , we have come close to closing investment but it has not worked out (We even had a term sheet valuing us at INR 40 Crore). Even now we have investors, but not a lead investor. We are therefore open to an acquisition where we can fit into existing offerings , or a strategic investment from a firm that again finds fit for us in their current of future plans. At this time, without investment and by using only internal accrued funds, we dont see a path to scaling up rapidly. Also both founders have spent 6 years and are looking for some financial gain now.
